Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, please access our returns & claims portal.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing an order to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, and it's a good idea to keep your tracking number in case something happens. If your return is accepted, we'll process your return and issue a refund or exchange within 1-3 days of receiving the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a claim on your order, please do so through our returns & claims portal.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
