Order

After you have clicked “pay now”, your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to it. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. 


Once you receive your order in the mail, contact us at customercare@fluttereyewear.com for a prepaid, pre-printed return label. Affix the pre-paid, pre-printed return label provided onto the original shipping box and deposit the package in any U.S. mail box.

Shipping & Returns

We’re sorry to disappoint you, but not at this time.

We ship most packages by U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage with USPS tracking. You can generally expect delivery within 4 working days after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped. USPS work days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. 

U.S. military mail may take up to 24 days, depending on the country of destination.

The $5 flat rate shipping extends to all domestic areas covered by the US Postal Service, including all 50 states, freely associated states, territories and possessions of the United States.

To start a return, please access our returns & claims portal.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing an order to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, and it's a good idea to keep your tracking number in case something happens. If your return is accepted, we'll process your return and issue a refund or exchange within 1-3 days of receiving the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a claim on your order, please do so through our returns & claims portal.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at CustomerCare@fluttereyewear.com.

Prescription Lenses

Yes! Flutter's frames are optician-quality with a bevel deep enough to support prescription lenses.  Simply pick your favorite frame style and choose any available lens strength. 

We have partnered with ReplaceRXLenses to provide you with the opportunity to put prescription lenses in any of our frames!

Here's how the process works:

1. Purchase your Flutter frames on our website

2. Visit www.replacerxlenses.com/?ref=Flutter

3. Order your RX lenses using code FLUTTER15 for 15% off your lens order (don't forget this step)

4. ReplaceRXLenses will send a box to ship your Flutter frames to their lab. They will put your lenses in your frames and ship them back!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards issued by a bank located in the United States.

We also accept Flutter e-gift cards.

A flexible spending arrangement is a form of a cafeteria plan benefit, funded by salary reduction that reimburses employees for expenses incurred for certain qualified medical expenses. With a prescription from an eye care professional, the purchase of an over-the-counter pair of reading glasses -- such as Flutter eyewear – may be eligible for reimbursement from your flexible spending account.

Gifts

Flutter gift cards are redeemable on this site. Since we only ship within the United States and its territories, the recipient should also have a valid domestic shipping address.

All Flutter eyewear is shipped in distinctive packaging which will delight any recipient.

Shapes & Sizes

To help you determine what magnification you need, we have a chart, Lens Power to help you. Before you print out the chart in portable document format (aka, pdf), make sure that you don’t select the “fit to page” printing option.Hold the pdf print out about 13” from your face. Your lens power is the smallest size of print that you can comfortably read. The figure next to your optimal print size is the lens power you need.

Unless otherwise specified in the product descriptions, most Flutter eyewear are sized for a medium-sized face. By using the Virtual Try-On tool with your webcam, your approximate pupillary distance (PD) will be measured and you will be able to view the relative size of the glasses on your face.

AnA three number measurement, in millimeters (mm), appears in the description of each Flutter eyewear such as 51-14-135. The first number, 51, is the mm width of each lens. The second, 14, is the distance between the lenses or the bridge. The third, 135, is the length of the temple arms.swer Description

Our payment data software was developed to meet the high global security standards (known as PA-DSS) created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.

Product Care

Flutter eyewear can be cleaned using a soft cleaning cloth and cleaning spray designed for eyeglasses.

Each Flutter eyewear comes with a protective case. We recommend using the case to protect the frames and lenses.
