- How do I return a purchase?
- We accept returns received within 30 days of purchase.
Contact Flutter by email email@example.com, or phone 1-855-537-5335, to obtain a pre-paid return label.
Indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip.
Repack the packing slip together with all items in the original packaging.
Secure the shipping box.
Affix the pre-paid, pre-printed label and deposit the package in a US mailbox.
We accept returns received within 30 days of purchase.
- When will my credit card be credited?
- You can expect a refund credited to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item within 5 business days of receipt of your returned item.
