How do I change or cancel my order?
After you have clicked “submit order”, your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to it. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
Once you receive your order in the mail, simply securely pack any items you do not want in the original shipping package. Affix the pre-paid, pre-printed return label provided onto the original shipping box and deposit the package in any U.S. mail box.

Do you accept orders by phone?
If you are having difficulty placing an order on-line or simply prefer to talk to a real person, please do call us toll-free at 1-855-537-5335 or at 1-650-257-3676 or email us at customercare@fluttereyewear.com. Whichever method you use to place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
